I ordered the ultra smooth DS, on line 1-1-06, I call on the 1-2-06 and left message that I was going racing on the 15th of January. I call again on the 1-3-06, Furqan answer the phone, and I ask him he receive my e-mail, he said yes, and then told me that my DS was delivered. So when I got home Wed. night, sure enough the DS was there on porch, I thought this is great, until I open the box and found the wrong DS. So I call at 11:30 that to leave a message, and guess what, Furqan answer the phone, and told him that the wrong DS was sent. He said "I don't know that could happen. I remind him that I was racing on the 15th and had shop time on the 9th to have it install. I then ask, you do have this DS in stock, and he said oh yes, I'll will send it out first thing Fri and you should receive it Sat. if not, Monday for sure. So I thought great, I will receive the correct DS in plenty of time to have it installed. Well, no DS Sat, ok, it will show up Monday, guess what, no DS. I call that night let message. Call Tuesday 3 to 4 times, no answer, left messages again and again. Wed, Thurs and on Friday once again know answer know return call. I'm writing this on 1-13-06 FRI at 11:56 P.M. So here it is, know DS, missed the shop time to install 2 days ago and know racing on Sunday the 15th, which has the cost to me of $100.00 for this private drag racing event at California Raceway Sunday 1-15-06. Still at this time no return call, no e-mail. Now what kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is that? VERY DISAPPOINTED. SURE HE ISN'T MY BRAIN SURGEON.
